WANDA HOME

This older South City home was found not far from the Alexander house that was flipped just prior to this one. The home needed a little love, as it had previously been owned by an older couple that showed much love to it, but hadn't done any updating. So much of the house was original. Which was great as the homes original stained glass windows were beautiful, the original woodwork had to stay and the hardwood oak floors were in great shape after a little sanding and fresh polyurethane. We absolutely fell in love with the charm of this home and wanted to turn it into something beautiful for the next owner. We gave the kitchen all new cabinets, completely remodeled the bathroom, added new lighting everywhere, and added new painted through out. The basement offered additional living space, with a full bathroom w/walk in shower and a bedroom.
