Our latest project at JS Community Builders is a new construction-three home development, just south of downtown St. Louis, in the beautiful Soulard Neighborhood.  We recently completed this project. After purchasing the empty lot from the French Town Dog Park we began with the design and approval process with the city. Finally breaking ground in 2019. While it took a little longer to complete the project than anticipated (don't they always!), we complete the project in late summer 2020. All three homes have been sold.
