Our latest project at JS Community Builders is a new construction-three home development, just south of downtown St. Louis, in the beautiful Soulard Neighborhood. We recently completed this project. After purchasing the empty lot from the French Town Dog Park we began with the design and approval process with the city. Finally breaking ground in 2019. While it took a little longer to complete the project than anticipated (don't they always!), we complete the project in late summer 2020. All three homes have been sold. Above we have the beautiful images from unit three, 1851 Menard. The home has been beautifully staged by hometenders, and is move in ready. Each of the row-style attached homes will include beautiful red brick exteriors, common to the Soulard Neighborhood. Below are a few other details specific to each home.
Unit 3 This home features 2,290 square feet of first and second floor living, has an attached two car garage, four bedrooms, including the master suite with a huge walk in closet, soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and a separate toilet room.
